Chemistry as the Language of Phases: The Connection Between Vibrational Signatures and Scalar Codes in Emergent Matter

The Center for Complexity Studies (CCS) is proud to announce its involvement in the upcoming International Scientific Congress on Research-Innovation-Entrepreneurship, organized by the “Ion Creangă” State Pedagogical University and the Institute for Research, Innovation, and Technology Transfer in Chișinău, Moldova. The event will take place on June 7-8, 2025, at Ion Creangă Street 1, in a hybrid format (Zoom/Google Meet).

This prestigious congress will bring together leading academics, researchers, educators, and entrepreneurs from Moldova and abroad, focusing on current issues, achievements, and future perspectives in the social, economic, humanistic, exact, natural sciences, and the arts.

CCS’s Honorary President Florin Munteanu: Keynote Speaker

We are delighted to share that CCS’s Honorary President, Florin Munteanu, will deliver a keynote address on the topic:

“Chemistry as the Language of Phases: The Connection Between Vibrational Signatures and Scalar Codes in Emergent Matter”

Summary of the Presentation:

Florin Munteanu’s talk proposes a reconnection between perceived reality and a deep logical structure emerging from a discrete scalar field, guided by informational phases. Building on empirical observations from vibrational chemistry—particularly the pondero-vibrational model, which correlates internal frequency with biological effects—Florin Munteanu extends the interpretation of these phenomena through a unifying theoretical framework: the Scalar–Pilot–Möbius (SPM) model.

Key points include:

  • Mass, stability, perception, and interaction are not fundamental properties, but expressions of logical coherence nodes in discrete scalar networks.

  • The concept of resonance is redefined—not as mere frequency matching, but as the compatibility of logical codes.

  • The vibratory weight becomes a central parameter in a reality where form, function, and meaning are inseparable.

  • The hypothesis is advanced that biological, sensory, and pharmacological systems respond to phase structures, not just to forces and masses.

  • Florin Munteanu proposes a new experimental research framework, where biosensors, molecules, and fields are understood as communicational entities in a scalar holographic language.
