Professional Experience
Adrian Moleavin has been a Senior Lecturer (since 2021), a University Lecturer (since 2012) and holds a PhD in Architecture (since 2011). He has been a member of the architectural design studio guidance teams (since 2003) at the “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism in Bucharest.
His doctoral thesis – “Quantum Architecture. Theoretical and Practical Aspects” – opened new directions for approaching and studying architecture by relating it to scientific knowledge and the ontological evolution of human society.
He possesses a strong academic background and extensive professional, teaching, research, and publishing activity, demonstrated by numerous national and international participations (since 2004) in research grants and projects, scientific events, workshops, as well as conferences held on these occasions, along with books and articles published nationally and internationally, and awards received at both national and international levels.
He has collaborated with various architecture offices in Romania and abroad and has run his own architectural practices – Moleavin Arhitectură (since 2008) and ELEMENT A (since 2024).
His teaching, research, and professional practice are grounded in the principles of sustainability, transdisciplinarity, complexity, and critical thinking as sources of architectural creativity and innovation.

Cristian Andreescu
Member
Cristian Andreescu is a graduate of the University of Bucharest, holding degrees in Chemistry (1975) and Mathematics (1981). His early academic and intellectual pursuits were deeply rooted in the study of structure, systems, fields, elementary particles, quantum mechanics, and the philosophical frameworks surrounding these disciplines. Despite his efforts to develop original theoretical approaches, he found that none fully addressed his expectations.
A turning point in his intellectual journey came in 1983–1984, when he encountered the works of Carl Gustav Jung, an experience that profoundly reshaped his perspectives and priorities. Following this, Andreescu shifted away from trying to produce formal theories, though he continued to reflect deeply on the subjects that had captivated him since his youth.
In 2006–2007, Cristian returned to writing, initially focusing on the spiritual attitude toward the world before revisiting the scientific and philosophical inquiries that had remained a constant in his life. Among his key projects is the work “Resonances,” which seeks to explore how seemingly unrelated ideas converge into cohesive, higher-level meanings. This ongoing project exemplifies his commitment to understanding the dynamic interconnections between the material and the spiritual.
Since 2010, Cristian Andreescu has been an active member of the Center for Complexity Studies, where he is focused on exploratory research and studies of cognition phenomena, applying his expertise and interdisciplinary approach to the systematic study of cognitive processes and their role within complex systems.
