The personal photography exhibition “MUSE” by Paul Adrian Chiș will open on May 14, 2025, at 17:00, at La Conacul Fotografilor, Bucharest. This event, supported by the National University of Science and Technology Politehnica Bucharest and G.A.C. Innovation East Europe, will run until May 25, 2025.

A special highlight of the opening is the presence of Florin Munteanu, Corresponding Member of the Technical Academy of Romania and a leading figure as Honorary President of the Center for Complexity Studies. Florin Munteanu will present at the event, bringing his unique perspective at the intersection of science and art.

Florin Munteanu: Promoting the Harmony of Art and Science

Florin Munteanu is internationally recognized for his pioneering work in complexity science and for advocating a transdisciplinary approach to knowledge. As the founder and honorary president of the Center for Complexity Studies, he has long emphasized that true human development requires more than technological or scientific advancement—it depends on cultivating creativity, ethics, and a holistic understanding of reality. 

Munteanu believes that blending art and science is essential for the development of a harmonious human being. In his vision, art stimulates intuition, empathy, and creativity, while science provides structure, rigor, and critical thinking. The integration of these domains fosters not only innovation but also a deeper, more ethical engagement with the world. As he has stated in previous talks, “the main problem that we face is not technological, but human quality, ethics, and spirituality”. This fusion, he argues, is necessary for society to overcome its current crises and to support sustainable, meaningful progress.
